Can I stack Nord Labs products?

Yes, you can stack our products. In fact, our products are meant to be stacked. However, be cautious when combining products containing stimulants (ex. Serpent and Spark) to avoid any unwanted/adverse effects.

Are Nord Labs products FDA approved?

The FDA does not approve any supplement products. However, all of our products are produced in an FDA-registered facility.

Can I take Nord Labs supplements every day?

Yes, Nord Labs supplements are safe to consume on a daily basis.

Can I take more than the recommended serving size?

All Nord Labs supplements are potent, formulated with efficacious dosages. For this reason, we do not advise taking more than the recommended serving size for any of our products. Users may wish to assess tolerance with 1/2 scoop.

Where are Nord Labs supplements manufactured?

All Nord Labs supplements are manufactured domestically in the United States, in an FDA-registered and cGMP-compliant facility.

Are Nord Labs products safe to take with medications?

Are Nord Labs products GMO free?

Yes, all Nord Labs products are non-GMO.

Where should I store the supplements?

All Nord Labs products should be stored in a dry, room temperature location (Between 60° - 80° Fahrenheit).

Are Nord Labs supplements safe?

Yes. Rest assured, all formulas contain ingredients proven to be safe and effective long term.

Can I "dry scoop" Serpent or any other powder supplements?

We strongly suggest you DO NOT "dry scoop" Serpent or any other powder supplements, as this is considered unsafe for various reasons. Please follow the instructions provided on the product label.

Can I take Serpent at night?

Try to avoid taking Serpent, or any other stimulants for that matter, within 6 hours of bedtime to ensure no disruption of sleep quality.

How will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped out (fulfilled) within 1-2 business days through various carriers, primarily UPS.

What countries do you ship to?

How much does shipping cost?

Assuming the order does not qualify for free shipping, the shipping cost will vary depending on country and location.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard transit times for USA shipments is 2 business days for "2-Day Express" shipments and 5-7 business days for "Standard" shipments, while international shipments can take up to 20 business days. However, due to carrier delays, shipments may take longer than usual.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you should receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Alternatively, you can check the status of your shipment here.

Is there a return policy?

Am I able to become a Nord Labs Athlete if I am already sponsored by another supplement brand?

Unfortunately, the answer is no. We are only accepting affiliates who have no pre-existing supplement company sponsorship. This rule is set in place to avoid conflicts of interest.

Am I able to become a Nord Labs Athlete if I am sponsored by any other brand that does not sell supplements? (This includes but is not limited to clothing brands)

Yes! You are able to obtain a Nord Labs sponsorship in congruence with any non-supplement brand sponsorship.

Are there any certain criteria I must meet in order to apply?

Nope! Everyone is allowed to apply here. Expect a response via email within 7 days regarding the status of your application.

How do payouts work?

Detailed payout information is communicated to athletes upon acceptance.

What happens if I no longer want to continue working with Nord Labs?

Fortunately for you, there are no long-term commitments or contracts when becoming a Nord Labs athlete. Please contact us ASAP to let us know and we will finalize any pending payouts. We are sad to see you go!
